For the past seven years, our annual Excel Junior Retreat has created some of the most unforgettable memories for our students. From laughter and adventure to lifelong friendships, it's become one of the highlights of the Excel calendar.

For 2027, we wanted to do something completely different.

An exclusive luxury retreat designed especially for our older students aged 11-15 years.

Instead of the traditional activity-centre experience, we'll be escaping to a stunning modern barn conversion in the beautiful Nottinghamshire/ Leicestershire border countryside for a weekend that blends adventure, relaxation, confidence-building and friendship.

THE DETAILS:

When: Friday 9th - Sunday 11th July 2027

Who: For students aged 11-15 years (must be 11 by the weekend)

Investment: £50 today secures your place, £389 per person in total.

To secure your place, simply pay a £50 deposit here today.

The remaining £339 can then be paid in whichever way suits you best:

Option 1 - Spread the cost

Pay 11 monthly instalments of £30.82 from 1st September 2026 through to 1st July 2027

Option 2 - Pay later

Secure your place with the £50 deposit today, then pay the remaining £339 in full by 1st September 2026.

Whichever option you choose, we'll simply add the payments to the same account used for your existing Direct Debit. Alternatively, if you prefer, you're very welcome to visit reception where we'll be happy to arrange everything for you after classes.

To make the experience truly personal, we're limiting the retreat to just 18 students - the accommodation will not allow any more than this.
